No matter how hard we try, no matter how determined we might be, we will not be successful at becoming a submissive wife, without first doing two essential steps.
Yes, we may make some strides here or there, but lasting change, a true change of the heart, only happens when we are willing to put these foundational steps into practice.
How do I know? Because I’ve been there. I was the young wife who desired to do marriage right. Who longed to have a loving marriage that stood the test of time. It was a commitment to these 2 principles that made the difference.
Join me as I share two essential steps that will help you start your journey off right in becoming the godly wife that you want to be.
Let’s get started.

In this inspiring episode, we have the privilege of hearing Shannon Davis share her powerful testimony of God working in her life and her marriage. After 20 years apart, God brought Shannon and her husband Troy, back into each other's lives and He did so for a purpose.
I believe that God used Troy to help Shannon see her need for the Lord and that she couldn’t do this on her own and in her own strength. Then He used Shannon, as a faithful woman of God, and a faithful wife, to reach her husband.
I’m so excited to share this with you.
Let’s get started.

For many of us a heart of thankfulness doesn’t come naturally. We may have grown up in a home where there was negativity, a sense of entitlement, or selfishness and therefore not taught to be thankful.
Our society and sinful nature does not promote being grateful but rather a focuses more on I want what they have or always wanting more.
We want to be that thankful woman who radiates joy and peace in her life. But, how did she get that way? Was she always thankful and it just came naturally for her? Or like so many of us, did she have to work at it? And if so, what did she do to change her way of thinking?
Join me as I share with you some practical steps on how we can all have a heart that cultivates thankfulness for lasting joy and peace in our life.
Let’s get started.

Who wouldn't want to receive God's best for their marriage? As believers, we read about God and His blessings in scripture and we all want God’s best for our own lives. We want to receive His blessings for ourselves, our marriages and for our families.
But how do we do this? Does both you and your husband need to live nearly perfect lives to receive God’s best? Are you afraid that maybe you’ve made a mistake or too many mistakes and now this is impossible for you?
Are we being a bit over presumptuous to even think we could receive His best? Or that maybe to seek God’s blessings in our lives is a part of the prosperity gospel that we have been warned to stay away from.
There is one simple truth, that I’m going to share with you today, in how we as believers can and do receive God’s best for ourselves and our marriages.
Let’s get started.
